DTM announces appointment of new Chair
Specialist tyre management provider DTM today announces the appointment of David Brennan as its new Chair.
David joins DTM’s board with extensive experience in senior roles within the UK fleet sector, including Lease Plan and Nexus Vehicle Rental, alongside 12 years working with private equity and private equity-backed businesses. His support of DTM’s management team in continuing to add value for customers whilst delivering against growth plans will be compelling.
David’s appointment follows recent investment into DTM from Caledonia Investments PLC (“Caledonia”), further strengthening the business’ unique tyre management proposition and enabling greater focus on their four core pillars: customer; people; approved partner network; and an award-winning ESG strategy, along with major advancements in digital technology.
Leigh Goodland, DTM’s CEO, comments: “It is undoubtedly an exciting time for DTM and our customers. We have a fantastic business proposition, and with the combination of investment from Caledonia, and the expertise and mentorship of David Brennan, we will deliver market-leading customer service, through our digital platform, whilst increasing fleet efficiency and reducing our customers’ impact on the environment”.
David Brennan, DTM’s Chair comments: “Leigh has built a great team and business, and I am excited to join the DTM Board, supported by Caledonia as new shareholders”.
